Steel Tubes: Precision-Engineered Solutions for Every Sector

We treat steel as a material of intelligence, designing and manufacturing high-performance tubular components for strategic sectors: from the food and pharmaceutical industries to lighting design, motorcycle engineering, and the most complex liquid handling systems.

Each Steelform tube is more than a semi-finished product: it is the result of a rigorous engineering process guided by co-design, certified materials, advanced technologies, and quality control at every stage of production. Thanks to our organisational flexibility and capacity for customisation, we turn every client specification into components that are high-performing, safe, and durable—even for unconventional geometries.

Our expertise also includes hydroforming, an advanced manufacturing technique that enables the creation of complex tubes and profiles with high mechanical performance, reduced weight, and impeccable finishing.

Where engineering meets functionality, we create bespoke solutions ready to meet the challenges of modern industry.

Components for Pumps and Filtration

We produce stainless steel bodies and components for submersible pumps and filtration systems used in the food, pharmaceutical, and water treatment industries. Each part is manufactured according to the customer’s drawings, primarily using AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, to ensure high mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

High-Performance Motorcycle Exhausts

We design and manufacture high-performance stainless steel exhaust systems for motorcycles, using advanced technologies and manual welding by qualified operators. The range includes two product lines:

  • Hydroform, developed through hydroforming to maximise both performance and design.

  • Hydro Tre, an exclusive line dedicated to MV Agusta “Tre Pistoni” models.

Hydroforming – Cutting-Edge Technology

Thanks to hydroforming, we produce complex and customised components in stainless steel and lightweight alloys. The process uses high-pressure fluid—typically water—to shape sheets or hollow profiles such as tubes.

This technique enables the production of sophisticated geometries and fully tailored solutions.

Why Choose Hydroforming?

Hydroforming offers a range of technical and economic advantages over traditional metal forming and welding methods:

  • Reduced need for specific tooling and equipment

  • Lower overall production costs for stainless steel tubing

  • Elimination of joining operations, such as welding and assembly

Process Highlights

When forming hollow components, the tube is placed inside a die and shaped by internal fluid pressure, allowing for:

  • Cross-section variations along the component’s length

  • Structural integration of parts and functions, reducing total part count

  • Incorporation of drilling and punching operations into the same process

  • Elimination of flanges and auxiliary welds

  • Lower tooling wear

  • High dimensional stability

  • Reduced structural weight

  • Low costs relative to achievable complexity

Applications

Hydroforming is widely used in the production of frames and steel bodies, but it also adapts perfectly to sectors requiring geometric precision, mechanical strength, and lightweight performance.

Food and Wine Industry Components

We supply stainless steel parts for professional equipment used in the food and wine industries, with specialised expertise in gelato machines, coffee preparation systems, and oenological equipment. Components are manufactured either from client drawings or through co-design with development teams, ensuring tailored solutions, functional reliability, and full compliance with food safety regulations.

Beverage Processing Components

We manufacture components in AISI 316L stainless steel for equipment used in the processing and distribution of beverages, with a particular focus on wine production systems. We produce custom tubes and parts for machines that handle wine, vinegar, beer, juices, and water, ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with hygiene standards in the food and beverage industry.
