Hydroforming - advanced technology
We produce special components thanks to the Hydroforming tecnology. We take advantage of the force of the water to make particular shapes in stainless steel and create customized projects.
Why Hydroforming?

3.Elimination of joining operations.
It consists in forming a component by the pressure exerted on it by a hydraulic fluid – for example water – against a mold.
It is applicable to sheets or hollow elements such as tubes or extruded profiles, both in light alloy and steel.
The hydroforming of a hollow profile is carried out by positioning it in a mould and introducing the pressure fluid into it . It’s mostly used to get complex geometries.
Advantages (compared to stamped or welded parts):
Possibility to vary the section in the direction of the length of the piece;
Integration of parts and functions with consequent reduction of the number of components;
Integration of drilling and punching operations in the hydroforming process;
Elimination of flanges for welding;
Reduction of mould coatings;

Not very high costs.
